I have some limited mobility in my left shoulder/side and this helps me a lot when it comes to cleaning my back. I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t use it, for whatever reason. My skin feels less clean. I do like to use the side with the many smaller bristles. It’s not painful, but it still gives me a feeling of exfoliation.
